Anons, yesterday a black plane circled me three times whilst I was sun worshiping out
side the hospital where I’m detained under section 2 of the UK mental health act.
After that a black helicopter also circled 3 times (very low) but then went to a grass area where I could see it was hovering about 20ft - its was quite amazing and I had a good feeling from it.
None of these planes where on flight radar 24.
B4 I voluntarily went to hospital a Boeing E-3 Sentry military aircraft was flying overhead and flew over my house three times. I had a couple of bottles of tainted wine (my usual but label of wine was slightly different) and a hard substance was found in the wine glass in the morning after I’d drank the bottle.

Later on I discovered there is a portacabin over the road from me but covered in camouflage.
Here’s the other strange thing, a totem pole grew outside my house (NB: The Next day it turned into a telegraph pole). This was amazing I literally couldn’t see the top of it.
So naturally I sent a telegram via the pole (bang bang bang and tapping it)
The. Next morning loads of telegram accounts got closed or similar.
Because I was topless etc whilst communicating with the totem pole the neighbours showed concern, one said to me (an elderly couple) how does it feel like to be the saviour. It didn’t click until I started thinking why I was always aching the morning in the morning and bruises appearing on my legs almost like I’d been fighting ‘spirits or similar’ in my sleep.

They are giving me 10mg of Olanzapine. It it making my having difficulty in swallowing and my hands are red and cracking. I am trying for the second time to play by the rules but I want natural meds, maybe plant based and not from big pharama.
