If so-called “intel” were serving and genuinely interested in the respective countries and cultures that pay and underwrite them, they would wisely know to share such information to bolster, build and imbue with mental nourishment to help their own countries… but no.
THAT is how it can be determined that the so-called “Intelligence Communities” are both dumb, AND do not serve We the People.
