Kiev/Kyev is the key. That is why the media and the cabal insist on pronouncing it as Keev intstead of Key-ev.
That and Key-ev is the SWAMP. The city is located on both sides of the Dnieper River. For centuries most of the city was located on the defensible western side, because it was elevated on a hill. The eastern side is more at river level, floodable, and was not heavily populated until the twentieth century (under the commies) when backfilled with sand and fortified with dams to control the river.
Long story short, eastern Kiev is swampy land populated by commies. Oh, and some maps show the Khazar kingdom extending….wait for it….to a border formed by the Dnieper River and the lands of eastern Kiev.
