The 'Old Guard' RINOS get together at CPAC and decide who the most 'loyal' puppets are in the primaries to give 'resources' to. CPAC is actually hurting the Republican Party very badly. Everything going wrong in the GOP is thought of first at a backroom cigar and scotch 'brainstorming' session. CPAC doesn't represent America. It represents it's donors, both foreign and domestic.
CPAC is to the GOP what Victoria Nuland is to Ukraine.
