Repentance actually takes a lot of strength to do. A lot of people would rather watch the world burn than admit they were wrong.
I rarely meet actually retarded people in person. Some of the most profound answers to questions I've had in my mind were answered by just ordinary people or even the homeless/junkies.
What most lack is the patience to learn because it actually requires a lot of sacrifice paid with time. That, and setting aside their fragile ego in order to gain insight and wisdom on things.
I don't blame them though, it's hard to concentrate when by design there are way too many distractions; drugs, sex, alcohol, video games, netflix… our senses constantly being bombarded.
I've pretty much had to give up everything to get to where I'm at now.
All things are possible but I'm the guy who gets straight to the point of things and just talks about peoples life experience and their ideas. I've met people from all walks of life because I actually started going outside and getting out of my comfort zone.
