This, can't clean that up unless we can get it in higher resolution
I don't think it was the same exact one because in the pictures above it looks shiny and straight because its flat, where this one has a bumpy texture. It also has gold pages and not white. Still no doubt he was sending a message with it there. Maybe better pictures will shed more light on it.
