Mueller starts investigation on little to no basis. Trump tries to keep it from shredding his administration. Since he has nothing else to investigate, Mueller investigates Trump's attempts to defend against Mueller.

Something's very wrong here. Mueller does not have the right to protect his own investigation in this way. I don't have a legal theory for it, but it's twisted and wrong. Mueller needs to go, yesterday, then face charges of treason and sedition.
