wasn't mine either but I completely disagree with your understanding of what rules bakers have to follow.
I respect where you're coming from… I do… was this your post?
It really helps when things are spotted and brought to a baker's attention while in that bread, as most bakers would quit before changing content in another baker's bread without permission. At the end of the day, the baker has final say as to what goes into his bread.
Just offering muh 2 cents.
