They are not saying that there aren't US run biolabs in Ukraine. And that's a fact anyway, proven by state.gov documents.
So I guess what they are calling a conspiracy is Russia seizing these, which would not even be a conspiracy, because they themselves claim that Russia is invading Ukraine.
