Pfizer is going to be delisted from stock exchange. They have filed form 25 with security exchange commission (SEC). You file a form 25 if your shares are worthless, or if you want to go private or IF YOU NO LONGER WANT TO BE SUBJECT TO STRICT REPORTING REQUIREMENTS.

[Ed-The form in question, is indeed a "Form 25". HOWEVER, it is notification, as required by the regulations involved, of the retirement of a 0.25% note that came due in March of 2022, aka NOW, and for THAT security to be delisted. Nothing more.

Here's their recent filings with the SEC. Note the top one's descriptor.
