I went to Trader Joe’s last night and saw an Asian lady with a Japanese flag patch on her arm in a military uniform. I live near an army base and have not seen that before- or never noticed

Then I just happened to see this tweet this morning from a long distance away from where I live- Is this normal?

That may be a factor. But we know you only need to release a little bit a million miles away to affect the whole world.

Maybe different bio weapons are more easily contained at these locations and the doozies are only in a couple
