It's heartbreaking to see that the internet is getting more and more censored. I would never have thought that self-proclaimed democratic and pluralistic countries banned truth bombs about Covid, unbiased scientific findings, and Russian media one day.
But here we are; the spiral of war rhetoric and oppression seems to accelerate continuously.
After Twitter banned 4 of my accounts with almost 100k followers (for posting about vitamin D and stating that viruses usually become weaker over time), I today figured out that Gettr is banning voices and media agencies that are not in line with the current NATO propaganda that we are witnessing.
So I decided to reactivate my GAB account to enjoy the last bit of freedom of expression on the internet until there is a user-friendly decentralised platform that ensures 100% freedom of expression.
Of course, Telegram will remain my main platform, but who knows when Western countries will start to ban it under the pretext to combat fake news. Welcome to the year 1984.
