It's big and it is almost certainly headed our way. I just went to the LASCO C3 satellite to see if the CME had a halo pattern, meaning it's aimed at us, and it does, as seen in this cap. The bulk seems to be high, but a lot could be hidden by the occlusion disk.
How big and when will be for the solar wx pros to determine and you can bet they're on this on right now.

Decent sized xray flux on the lit side of Earth about an hour and a half after the pop. The heavier stuff like protons and ejecta will take much longer.

That's good news. Directly at or away look the same until the other sats ahead or behind can inform the direction. Just going by the full disk halo it looked head-on.

Day and night at my house. I've got one that runs off if you yell at him, then he sneaks back while you're standing there and starts taking one kibble at a time like he's invisible and you're literally standing with the food at your feet. Kinda funny in the moment.
If they're healthy and nonaggressive I've just resolved to work around them.
