Speaking of Snowden.
An Austrian journalist claims that the unspecified CIA mass surveillance program involves bulk data from SWIFT, the financial network, which regularly sends datasets to the Treasury, which apparently passes them onto the CIA.

Was just thinking that Putin could be a real sumbitch if he chose to cough up Snowden to the UN General Assembly or Special Council under demand that he surrender and provide verification of all Biolabs, Uranium sales and just fuck all to make everyone piss their collective pants.
But I've been known to be optimistic.
