The "Chair" serves the Master
The Master is the Pope.
The Pope serves Satan, the god of the Jews, Catholics, and Muslims.
Satan is an earthly king and a slave to public opinion.
Speak for yourself. The Creator of the Universe doesn't command me to my knees for anyone. Satan doesn't exist except in metaphor, and no earthly king or "vicar of christ" has any power over another human being besides what those with addled brainwashed minds give him. Power is an illusion, just like God and Satan.
Phenomena that defies scientific explanation at this time is God. God used to throw lighting bolts at people he was angry at, until humans learned that lightning was a natural phenomena which could be scientifically explained, recreated, and modeled.
For humans, "God" fills in the gaps in knowledge. For ignorant brainwashed humans, god is an emotional hyper-reactive external locus of control that either blesses or punishes them based on the "purity" of their thoughts with respect to their dogmatic indoctrination.

Right. Like the decay of a radioactive atom. We can explain "half-life", but we cannot explain why any particular atom decays when it does….so "God".
It takes X amount of energy to split water into Hydrogen and Oxygen. If you feed the gasses into an ICE, you will get about .3(X) power back out, because ICEs are only about 30% efficient.
While you can "make" it work, it's even less efficient that gas.
How much electricity do you have to put into that electrolysis device? Where does that electricity come from?
So, you understand the inherent inefficiencies in converting energy from one form into another? You lose every time.
