Yes. However, the hydrogen "adapter" talked about so far is not a fully hydrogen only fuel source. Generates hydrogen which is sucked in through the intake and ionizes fuel more efficiently. Used to there was a copper screen you could put in between carb and manifold that would do the same. Didn't catch on and was slightly gimmicky.
