The Khazarian hypothesis explains a lot of contradictory history regarding the Balfour Declaration and Nazis, but these crypto Jews are by no means a pure genetic lineage, so the notion that they were developing bioweapons to target ethnic groups distinct from their own is self delusion IMO. Most look European to me. They may indeed represent a distinctly psychopathic phenotype, but how they would parse that genetically is not at all clear to me.
