The whole point seemed to be to discredit popular conspiracy theories. He would hand-pick "experts" on certain subject and then tear them down with ridicule and ad-hominem attacks.

He disproved the existence of chemtrails by mocking the so-called expert's belief in Nibiru/Annunaki

which is extra funny because Joe was obsessed with that shit himself for a while.
