Biden Administration Constructs Familiar War Plan Using Qatar as Long-Term Mechanism to Fund Protracted War in Ukraine

The purpose of this designation is brutally obvious. The United States is putting Qatar back into the business of brokering arms sales from the U.S. government into Ukraine. Following the geopolitical intervention models previously used in Egypt, Libya and Syria by President Obama and Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden and Anthony Blinken are now repeating the process toward Ukraine.

In many ways this should not be a surprise. Qatar is the financial hub and support network for the Muslim Brotherhood. Qatar is also the arms broker for covert military operations when the U.S. does not want visible fingerprints.

By making this designation now, the Biden administration is setting up the groundwork for a long-term proxy war between the U.S/NATO and Russia in Ukraine.

The designation provides the people around Joe Biden with the mechanism to write finding memos which will authorize the CIA and State Department to conduct the proxy war in Ukraine, and the U.S. Senate will now facilitate authorization as they did in Libya.

What this designation also tells us is that the U.S. is deploying the Ukraine insurgency model for the long haul.

We are going to be sending massive amounts of military hardware and financial support into Ukraine, to support the Ukraine ‘rebels’, and Qatar will work as the U.S/NATO broker for the equipment sales. This is what Brotherhood organizer John McCain called the “Libyan model.”

Additionally, the always annoying position of Turkey as a NATO partner is going to become more important as the old alliance gets back into operational mode. Turkish President Recep Erdogan will have a role to play in this; keep watching and we should see Turkey appear in more headlines as the conflict within Ukraine continues.

Michael Flynn testifies before January 6 panel, invoked Fifth Amendment rights

Former Trump national security advisor attempted last December to put a legal end to subpoenas committee issued him

Former Trump national security advisor retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn appeared Thursday before the Democrat-led House committee investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol riot and exercised his Fifth Amendment rights in response to the panel's questions, his attorney says.

Flynn was subpoenaed to appear before the committee in November, 2021 and was also asked to produce documents and testimony in reference to a December 18, 2020, meting in the Oval Office, during which the seizure of voting machines was allegedly discussed.

In the letter sent to Flynn by the committee in December, members wrote that he and others discussed declaring a national emergency as part of a plan to promote the message that the presidential election has been "tainted by widespread fraud."

He was also allegedly involved in efforts to draft memos to seize voting machines that Trump ultimately did not sign.

Flynn was not Trump's national security advisor at the time, having resigned in February 2017 over a matter related to the Russia collusion ordeal.

In December, Flynn filed suit against House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and members of the select committee seeking "declaratory and injunctive relief" from the subpoena going after his records and testimony. Flynn's legal efforts to undermine the committee's subpoenas were thwarted.

John Bolton: Impose no-fly zone over western Ukraine, expect Putin to wreak more destruction

In a wide-ranging interview, the former National Security Advisor highlighted both the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine and the state of the Russian military.

The Biden administration should ban Russian warplanes from flying over western Ukraine and should expect an enraged Vladimir Putin to wreak more devastation as he aims to recoup his military's reputation, former U.S. National Security Advisor John Bolton said Thursday.

In a wide-ranging interview on the John Solomon Reports podcast, Bolton, who also served as the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, highlighted both the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine and the state of the Russian military.

The refugee crisis alone merits imposing flight restrictions on portions of Ukraine, he argued.

"I would, at a minimum, consider a no-fly zone in the western part of Ukraine for humanitarian purposes," Bolton said, noting that "we now have perhaps two and a half million Ukrainians, mostly women and children, who have crossed borders into Poland and other nearby countries, another million internally displaced."

"This is a huge human tragedy," he said.

The crisis will remain unresolved in the foreseeable future, Bolton said, in part because Putin wants to recoup the standing of his military.

"I don't think there's a prospect of a diplomatic resolution in the near term," Bolton said. "I think the performance of the Russian military is so bad that reputational damage is so extensive, Putin has got to do something to get to a point where he can claim victory, he can claim that he has accomplished his aims."

Fighters in Ukraine have dealt serious blows to the Russian invading force, impeding what Putin reportedly believed would be a quick victory. Reports from inside Ukraine have depicted Russian tanks, trucks, and aircraft in shambles, having been ambushed by defending forces. Video clips from Ukraine reportedly have shown captured Russian soldiers in tears, claiming they didn't know they were being sent into combat.

"The Ukrainian overall performance is fantastic," Bolton said.

Bolton said he did not know what Putin would do to recoup the reputation of his military.

"I fear it's going to cause a lot more destruction," he said.

The process could play out into the spring, Bolton noted

"I hope it's not months away," he said. "We're certainly weeks away. So the the near term is just more grinding down to the Ukrainians, and it's going to be a tragedy to watch I'm afraid."

World Health Organisation releases contradictory document on effectiveness of Covid Jabs

The document contains an extraordinary juxtaposition of contradictory information which points to disagreements and confusion at the World Health Organisation:

“….current COVID-19 vaccines continue to provide high levels of protection against severe disease and death, even in the context of the circulation of Omicron”, (even though severe disease and death rates from Omicron are significantly lower than flu and almost exclusively involve people already seriously ill from other conditions).

Immediately followed by:

“….to ensure COVID-19 vaccines provide optimal protection into the future, they may need to be updated.…particularly for groups at risk of developing severe disease….but the timeframe for their development and production is uncertain.”

Then:

“The TAG-CO-VAC continues to encourage COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers to generate and provide data to WHO on performance of current and variant-specific COVID-19 vaccines…but robust data on the global immunologic landscape is limited.”

Followed by:

“The TAG-CO-VAC recognizes the independent role and procedures of relevant regulatory authorities in establishing the necessary requirements for evaluation under the currently established regulatory pathways…”

Translation

The double speak needs interpretation, perhaps WHO meant to say that the current Covid-19 vaccines do not work and we have no idea when if ever effective ones will be developed, but they refrained from doing so because a canon of WHO religion requires that nothing can be said if it might lead to vaccine hesitancy.

Perhaps they then meant to say that Covid-19 vaccine manufacturers have been giving us incomplete data, so we want to warn regulators to be more careful in future, and make up their own minds sensibly after independent research, but WHO can’t say that because a lot of health funding comes from vaccine manufacturers.

I can’t really tell you what is going on at WHO, but it clearly requires copywriters who can convey mixed messages with great skill. No doubt the wise pandits at WHO with their global perspective are pondering the fact that published comparisons between different countries and areas do not show that higher levels of Covid-19 vaccination lead to lower infection and death rates. What they actually admit is:

“There are heterogeneous levels of population immunity between countries…”

I am rather hoping that plain speaking will come back into fashion, but I am not sure that will happen anytime soon at WHO. In the meantime, governments like ours still relying on WHO bulletins to inform their policies will need to employ skilled translators.

Houthis Claim Responsibility For Large-Scale Attack On Saudi Oil Facilities

The Houthis (Ansar Allah) has claimed responsibility for a drone attack that targeted a large oil refinery near the Saudi capital, Riyadh.

In a statement released on March 11, Maj. Gen. Yahya Sari, a spokesman for the group, revealed that the attack on the refinery was a part of a large-scale operation, dubbed “Breaking the Siege 1”. The spokesman said that the operation was carried out in response to the Saudi-led coalition’s blockade on the Yemeni oil sector.

During the operation, the Riyadh refinery, which is owned by Saudi Aramco, was targeted with three Samad-3 suicide drones. Six other suicide drones of the Samad-1 type targeted other facilities of Aramco near the southern Saudi cities of Jizan and Abha.

The Samad-1 and 3 are both versions of the Iranian KAS-04 drone. The Samad-1 has a range of 500 kilometers, while the Samad-3 has a range of over 1,500 kilometers.

“The armed forces, within the right to respond to aggression and siege, pledged to the people of faith, patience and jihad [in Yemen] that they would not hesitate to legitimately respond to the unjust siege [of the Saudi-led coalition],” Maj. Gen. Sari said in his statement.

Saudi Arabia acknowledged that the Riyadh refinery was hit by at least one suicide drone on March 10, saying that the attack resulted in some material losses only. The Kingdom also claimed that its air defenses intercepted a suicide drone over the southern province of Jizan on March 9.

Operation Breaking the Siege 1 confirms that the Houthis’ offensive capabilities were not affected by the Saudi-led coalition’s recent bombardment campaign, which targeted almost all Houthi-held areas in Yemen.

The Saudi-led coalition will likely respond to the operation very soon to deter the Houthis. However, any harsh response could in fact further provoke the group.

Ukraine Says Russian Jets Fired At Ally Belarus In 'False Flag' Attempt

Ukraine government officials are sounding the alarm alleging that Belarus is preparing its own military operation for a large-scale invasion in direct support of the Russian invasion. So far Belarus has only participated in the offensive by allowing Russia to attack from its territory, beginning when the operation kicked off on Feb.24.

In a Friday report, The Jerusalem Post is citing Ukrainian authorities who "believe that Putin ordered the military to provoke an air raid by Russian planes on the borders of Belarus and Ukraine, and Lukashenko - to begin preparations for an offensive by the Belarusian armed forces by 9 p.m. on March 11." Currently official Ukrainian government statements are alleging that Russia attempted a false flag operation along the border in order to justify Belarusian forces' involvement…

"According to Ukrainian intelligence, in Moscow, the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko and Russian President Vladimir Putin each made a phone call," the report says of the 'planning phase' of the alleged border incident. UK media is also reporting the bizarre claims and alleged incident.

Kiev has stressed that it does not seek to enter into any provocation with neighboring Belarus, which forms part of the so-called 'Union State' with the Russian Federation.

Russian forces plan to fire on Belarus from the territory of Ukraine in order to draw the Moscow ally into the war, Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov warned on Friday afternoon. According to Ukrainian media, the Russian shelling may have already begun.

Reznikov added that Russia intends to carry out an attack from Ukraine's airspace to cover up the crime. According to the minister, the purpose of the provocation is to force the current leadership of Belarus to go to war against Ukraine.

Alec Baldwin claims no liability for fatal 'Rust' shooting, says contract keeps him safe

A new filing gives the most detailed account of the fatal incident to date.

Alec Baldwin claims, in his most detailed account of the incident yet, that he is not responsible for the fatal shooting of 'Rust' cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.

Since Hutchins' untimely death in October, Baldwin – an actor and producer on the film – has been named in a number of lawsuits seeking damages for the fatal incident.

However, in an arbitration demand filed by Baldwin's attorneys on Friday, the producer's legal team claimed that his contract insulates him from financial liability in Hutchins' death, and additionally seeks coverage of his legal fees.

The New York Times first reported that the filing states Baldwin is not responsible for Hutchins' death because he was assured that the gun did not contain any live ammunition – it also states that he was not the one on set tasked with checking the firearm for live ammunition.

As a producer, the filing claims, that Baldwin had authority over creative matters on set, but that others were responsible for hiring and budgets.

The filing describes in the clearest detail made available to date what happened on the afternoon of October 21, 2021.

The shooting reportedly took place after lunch while Baldwin was rehearsing a scene inside a church. The character he was playing was cornered and drew his gun, which Hutchins then instructed the actor on how to position for the scene.

"She directed Baldwin to hold the gun higher, to a point where it was directed toward her. She was looking carefully at the monitor and then at Baldwin, and then back again, as she gave these instructions. In giving and following these instructions, Hutchins and Baldwin shared a core, vital belief: that the gun was ‘cold’ and contained no live rounds," reads the filing.

Baldwin's legal team claims that he bears no financial responsibility for legal fees or claims related to the death. Instead, the claim passes along legal and financial responsibility to Rust Movie Productions L.L.C. and producer Ryan Smith.

"This is a rare instance when the system broke down, and someone should be held legally culpable for the tragic consequences. That person is not Alec Baldwin," reads the claim.

Mother accused of rape of her own child under the age of 12

A mother charged last with knowing allowing her daughter, who was less than 12 years old, to have sex with grown men is now facing new charges after police she has admitted that she was also involved in sexual activity with the child.

According to a release from the Madisonville Police Department, Brittany Duvall, 28 of Nortonville, has been charged with incest with a child under the age of 12, first-degree-rape of a child under the age of 12 and sodomy of a child under the age of 12.

Police say that Duvall admitted during interviews that she had engaged in sexual intercourse and sodomy of her child on at least 10 different occasions in their home.

Originally Duvall was charged with unlawful transaction with a minor after admitting that she had witnessed her daughter having sexual intercourse or oral sex with Joshua R. Looney, 31 of Madisonville, on at least nine occasions. Looney, who police say admitted to the crime, is charge with rape and sodomy of a child under the age of 12.

Two days after those original arrests, arrested two other family members for being involved in sexual relationships with the child.

Ronnie Lynn Duvall, 47 of Nortonville, listed as “family” of the victim, was arrested and charged on Tuesday with rape of a victim under the age of 12 and sodomy of a victim under the age of 12.

According to the release from MPD, Ronnie Duvall is accused of having sexual intercourse with the child on at least 10 occasions and oral sex on at least 10 other occasions. Police say he admitted to the accusations upon being taken into custody. He is charged with rape of a victim under the age of 12 and sodomy of a victim under the age of 12.

Michael A. Gibbs, 37 of Madisonville, listed as the victims father, is accused to having sexual intercourse with the child, as well as providing her with illegal controlled substances. He is also accused of being in possession of matter that visually depicts a sexual act by a minor. He is charged with rape-no force, unlawful transaction with a minor, possession of matter depicting a sexual act of a minor, rape of victim under 12 and incest.

Later the survivor complained about the murmurs made and the premier responded by saying he had great empathy because he 'had walked in their shoes'.

George Soros: United States, European Union Must Remove Putin And Xi From Power ‘Before They Can Destroy Our Civilization’

A third world war will “destroy our civilization” unless Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping are “removed from power” warns billionaire Democrat megadonor George Soros.

“After receiving a green light from Chinese President Xi Jinping, Russian President Vladimir Putin launched his war in Ukraine in an effort to reclaim the old Russian empire,” Soros wrote in an op-ed published by Project Syndicate on Friday.

“But both leaders appear to have misjudged the situation, raising the prospect of a global catastrophe – unless they are removed from power,” he wrote.

Putin has “gone literally mad,” cautioned the chairman of Soros Fund Management and the Open Society Foundations.

“He has decided to punish Ukraine for standing up to him, and he appears to be acting without any constraint. He is throwing the entire Russian army into the battle and ignoring all the rules of war, not least by indiscriminately bombing the civilian population.”

The Pentagon has deployed at least 12,000 troops to NATO member nations to aid in the Ukraine-Russia conflict, despite Americans overwhelmingly opposing U.S. involvement.

Joe Biden is also reportedly gearing up to deploy US Border Patrol agents from their mission at the U.S.-Mexico border to send them overseas “to assist” those fleeing from Ukraine.

In addition to deploying troops, the Biden administration has sent $350 million in American taxpayer dollars to aid Ukraine, bringing “the total security assistance the United States has committed to Ukraine over the past year to more than $1 billion,” Secretary of State Antony Blinken announced on February 26.

According to an Associated Press-NORC poll, just 26 percent of Americans want the U.S. to have a “major role” in the Russia-Ukraine conflict, while 72 percent said the U.S. should have a “minor role” or “no role” at all.

The U.S. and its allies ought to have as much involvement in the conflict as possible, Soros contends.

“The United States and the European Union are both sending defensive weapons to Ukraine, and there are efforts to buy Russian-made MIG fighters that Ukrainian pilots know how to fly. These could make all the difference,” he wrote. “We can only hope that Putin and Xi will be removed from power before they can destroy our civilization.”

After Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24, Soros urged the U.S. to “do whatever is in their power” to back Ukraine in a series of tweets.

“It is important that both the transatlantic alliance (the United States, Canada, the European Union, and the United Kingdom) but also other nations do whatever is in their power to support Ukraine in its time of existential threat,” he wrote.
