I'm not understanding the judgement of some are passing on Amy Lee. She lost her younger sister early in life that she has never recovered from, then a brother only a few years ago.
If her music seems dark perhaps you should think about trying to find a happy place walking in her shoes. If you even dare put yourself in that frame of mind anon. have you ever lost a sibling , a parent or a spouse ? If not you have no idea of the pain and life trauma it can create within a family. It takes a whole generation maybe 2 to recover from it.
