Look at what i found while checking out the document the Russians gave to show US supported bio-labs in Ukraine.

Look at the top name: Andrés Velasco-Villa

Many say it was "Russian Propaganda" so I got curious and look at this guy up who supposedly with the CDC and I found two documents may be very interesting to you all.
