We, members of the Club of Rome, condemn in the strongest possible terms the Russian invasion of Ukraine

World Economic Forum

The Club of Rome has published a plan to deliver the changes we need.

In 1972, the seminal work by The Club of Rome, “The Limits to Growth”, laid out the price of progress from socio-economic, financial to environmental tipping points. These are predictions which hold true today.

The Club of Rome’s Planetary Emergency Plan provides a new compass for nations as they navigate through 2020 - a critical year for international policy action with key decisions due on climate change, biodiversity, the oceans, the UN's Sustainable Development Goals, and more.

NATO formed and promoted a major, new international organization, the Club of Rome, for the purpose of inventing, disseminating and cultivating various "post-industrial era" countercultural movements in every nation of the Atlantic alliance, i.e. the member states of NATO and the OECD (Organization of Economic Development and Cooperation).

The founders and principal officers of the Club of Rome are all senior NATO functionaries.

  1. Aurelio Peccei, the chairman and founder, a part owner of FIAT, chairman' of the Economic Committee of the Atlantic Institute.

  2. Alexander King, the co-founder, Director General of Scientific Affairs of the OECD.

Among the participants were Dr. Zbigniew Brzezinski, then on the staff of the State Department Policy Planning Council, and Dr. Aurelio Peccei, the current head of the Club of Rome and during that time, the chairman of NATO's leading thinktank, the Economic Committee of the Atlantic Institute in Paris.

The Club of Rome and its financiers under the title of the German Marshall Fund were two highly-organized conspiratorial bodies operating under cover of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and that the majority of Club of Rome executives were drawn from NATO.

The Club of Rome formulated all of what NATO claimed as its policies and, through the activities of Committee of 300 member Lord Carrington, was able to split NATO into two factions, a political (left wing) power group and its former military alliance.

The Club of Rome is still one of the most important foreign policy arms of the Committee of 300—the other being the Bilderbergers. It was put together in 1968 from hard-core members of the original Morgenthau group on the basis of a telephone call made by the late [Aurellio Peccei] for a new and urgent drive to speed up the plans of the One World Government– now called the New World Order

Peccei's call was answered by the most subversive "future planners" drawn from the United States, France, Sweden, Britain, Switzerland and Japan that could be mustered.

During the period 1968-1972, The Club of Rome became a cohesive entity of new-science scientists, globalists, future planners and inter- nationalists of every stripe.

Peccei's book "Human Quality" formed the basis of the doctrine adopted by NATO's political wing.

Aurelio Peccei: 4 July 1908 – 14 March 1984), was an Italian industrialist and philanthropist, best known as co-founder with Alexander King and first president of the Club of Rome, an organisation which attracted considerable public attention in 1972 with its report, [The Limits to Growth].

During World War II, Peccei joined the anti-fascist [Think ANTIFA.] movement and the resistance, when he was a member of the "Giustizia e Libertà". He was arrested, imprisoned, and tortured. After 11 months in prison he was freed in January 1945

Peccei accordingly persuaded the Agnelli Foundation to fund a two-day brainstorming meeting on 7–8 April 1968 of around 30 European economists and scientists at the Accademia dei Lincei in Rome. The goal of the meeting was to discuss the ideas of Peccei and King of the globality of problems facing mankind and of the necessity of acting at the global level

"Peccei and King were lonely prophets at a time of overwhelming optimism," who did much to push environmental issues on to the political agenda. At the time of the Club's founding, King was Director-General for Scientific Affairs at the Paris-based [Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)].

With the support of the Agnelli Foundation, they invited 30 European scientists, economists and industrialists to Rome to discuss global issues.

PARIS, Dec. 31 (UPI)—Businessmen and bankers from the United States, Canada, Western Europe and Japan will meet here Jan. 10‐11 to set up a $200 million private investment group to aid development in Latin America.

The organization, known as the Atlantic Community Development Group for Latin America, or “Adela,” is not Government‐sponsored. But the conference will be held at Paris headquarters of the 20‐nation [Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development].

The meeting stems largely from an idea begun at the last two annual conferences of [North Atlantic Treaty Organization] parliamentarians by Senator Jacob K. Javits, Republican of New York

Senator Javits proposed that government development aid in Latin America be supplemented by an international group or consortium of private investors from the United States, Canada, Japan and leading Western European industrial nations.

Three Consultants

The forthcoming meeting was prepared by three prominent private investment consulants—Warren Wilhelm from the United States, [Dr. Aurelio Peccei] from Italy and Gonzalez del Solar, a banking expert from Uruguay. A prominent French investment banker, Maurice Guernier, headed a permanent working group.

The working group will propose to the conference that it should set up an international private investment combine, the Société d' Investissments) with headquarters in Western Europe.

The group, which ultimately would issue shares for purchase by private investors, would invest in carefully handpicked medium and small industries in Latin America.

In addition to money, the group also would furnish technical and managerial aid to such industries. Generally, it would not provide aid for heavy industries, which in most cases already receive government aid from abroad.

Under the draft project, the combine initially would subscribe $40 million, of which the United States and Canada would furnish half and Western Europe and Japan the other half.

Latin American countries would be asked to match the initial $40 million and the InterAmerican Development Bank is expected to contribute $120 million, bringing the total aid funds available for the project at the outset to $200 million.

Behind NATO’s ‘cognitive warfare’: ‘Battle for your brain’ waged by Western militaries

Western governments in the [NATO military alliance are developing tactics of “cognitive warfare,” using the supposed threats of China and Russia to justify waging a “battle for your brain”] in the “human domain,” to “make everyone a weapon.”
