I can tell you this, where I'm at, this wouldn't fly. Too many reasons, one, film crew could get in the way, and/or potentially contaminate any sterile equipment / sterile field; which I didn't see much of, but in a "mass casualty" situation, where resources are overwhelmed, you do what you can with what you got - not saying that is the case in this video. Two patient confidentiality / privacy. The trauma center in my area would have had that camera / camera crew tossed; no matter what the situation or case, I have never seen a news or camera crew inside the facility, only allowed to film from out front of the hospital to report.
