Looks like they moved him further away from the doors and the videographer took a step to their left.
If he was about to have an X-ray, then wouldn't they have all cleared the area? Or did they just not care?

Agree there. I took another look at the clip, it's possible that the camera had an aspect change or switched to panoramic view for a second.
