THIS is the dream. Almost had it in 2019 before covid caused banks to freak out and tighten qualifications. Paid for everything in cash so my credit history was underdeveloped. Now I can't afford anything in this market. I have so much hate in my heart for that. Went from saving thousands a month to living paycheck to paycheck.
