Several countries at the last meeting said Russia's allegations of biological laboratories in Ukraine was serious, and it sounded like they want to know more about them. I don't remember Russia asking to see evidence that they are committing 'war crimes', but the representative did show photos of the maternity hospital, pointing out that it did not appear as damaged as it should be if it would have been targeted.
