I have a friend that lives in Ukraine, about 100 miles up the river from Dnipro, and her and her family are going to Czech Republic. I sent a skype message to see if my thoughts were in the ballpark of reality and she replied that my assessment is accurate. Here is the message I sent about 20 minutes ago.

"It seems that Russian troops are pushing the Ukrainian soldiers toward central Ukraine. This also cuts off food and supplies and soldiers are fighting with civilians to steal food. I have also heard that Ukrainian soldiers are shelling their own people to blame Russia in the media. This seems plausible because Russian efforts seem to be focused on Izyum, Donetsk, Melitopol, Kyiv and Lviv. They are not shelling hundreds of miles away from areas under Russian control.

If this sounds inaccurate I would be very interested to hear your views. I am only putting pieces of a puzzle together with very little reliable information. The world press is 90% propaganda."
