The State Department said it'll hand over emails mentioning Hunter Biden to the New York Times

14 Mar 2022

The US Department of State said it'll hand over email records mentioning Hunter Biden to the New York Times after the publication sued the federal agency.

In a court filing Friday, David McCraw, a lawyer representing the New York Times, wrote that the State Department had begun identifying records the Times requested through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and agreed to give them to the Times starting in April.

"The State Department has started identifying records responsive to The Times's FOIA requests," McGraw wrote in a letter to the judge overseeing the lawsuit. "It has agreed to begin processing records for production as it continues to identify the remaining responsive records."

The Times sued the State Department in January, alleging the agency failed to respond in a timely manner to two FOIA requests. Kenneth Vogel, a journalist for the Times, requested copies of email correspondence between August 2015 and December 2019 between officials in the US embassy in Romania that mentioned Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden.

Vogel also asked for records mentioning Tony Bobulinski, a former business associate of Hunter Biden; Louis Freeh, the former FBI director who reportedly gave Biden a $100,000 gift; Rudy Giuliani, who then-President Donald Trump tasked with digging up dirt on Biden in Europe; Devin Archer, another former friend of the president's son who was recently sentenced to a year in prison on a fraud scheme; and more than a dozen other people.

The Times alleged that the State Department violated the law by failing to communicate about the records request in a timely manner. The agency told the Times that it would begin to produce documents for Vogel's requests in April of 2023.

In its own court filing earlier in March, the federal government denied that it had illegally slow-walked the FOIA requests. US District Judge J. Paul Oetken, who's overseeing the case, scheduled a hearing over the lawsuit for March 17.

McGraw said in his letter that there was no need to hold the meeting then, because the State Department had agreed to begin handing over documents. He wrote that each party could provide status updates as they continued to negotiate over how the State Department would fulfill Vogel's requests.

"The parties are still negotiating the number of pages to be processed in and the frequency of each production," McGraw wrote. "The parties respectfully propose to provide a status report to the Court on March 25, 2022, informing the Court of the results of this negotiation."

There’s A Lot of Young, Healthy Servicemen Suddenly Dying in Their Bunks, and The Military Won’t Talk About It

March 14, 2022

There is something very odd going on at Fort Bragg.

So, incredibly odd, that an investigative reporter and the contributing editor of Rolling Stone Magazine wants to know what the heck is going on.

His name is Seth Harp, and he’s been following a disturbing story out of North Carolina, involving A LOT of servicemen who are turning up dead in their bunks at Fort Bragg.

Here’s what Seth said in a tweet from February 9th, 2022″

“83 soldiers died at Fort Bragg in the 18 months ending June 2021. Only 11 of those deaths were from natural causes. Fort Bragg hasn’t announced any fatalities since then. They’re still happening, but the base has gone dark.”

Back in January 2022, Seth wrote about this for Rolling Stone. In that piece, he discusses the MANY mysterious deaths occurring at Ft. Bragg since early 2020.

He writes: meanwhile, Fort Bragg soldiers have been turning up “unresponsive” in their barracks on a disturbingly regular basis since the beginning of 2020, including Caleb Smither, Terrance Salazar, Jamie Boger, Joshua Diamond, Matthew Disney, Mikel Rubino, Michael Hamilton, and numerous others who have not been named. Drugs may have been involved in the cases of Diamond and Disney, who were found dead on the same day in June 2021, just two weeks after an airborne master sergeant named Martin Acevedo III was charged with trafficking cocaine. Otherwise, there has been absolutely no explanation from the Army for how these apparently healthy young men died.

Likewise, in January 2021, an Army captain named Robert Latham died from an “apparent heart attack,” despite being 32 years old and seemingly in excellent physical condition. In October, a highly trained Green Beret and intelligence sergeant named Calvin Rockward died from a “sudden, unexpected medical event,” though he was only 38 and in even better shape, to go by his Instagram photos.

In total, a staggering 83 active-duty soldiers stationed at Fort Bragg died in the 18 months ending June 2021, according to data obtained by Rolling Stone. Only 11 of these deaths were from “natural causes.” Many, perhaps a plurality, were suicides. But in no fewer than 33 cases, the Army has classified the cause of death as “undetermined.”

In other words, the Army can’t or won’t say how a whole platoon’s worth of soldiers died at its largest installation, home of the Special Forces, the Airborne Corps, and the Joint Special Operations Command. Over this same 18-month period, just three Fort Bragg soldiers died in overseas combat, meaning these elite troops are a dizzying 27 times more likely to die stateside than in war zones such as Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria.

The Pentagon Bio-weapons

Dilyana Gaytandzhieva

April 29, 2018

The US Army regularly produces deadly viruses, bacteria and toxins in direct violation of the UN Convention on the prohibition of Biological Weapons. Hundreds of thousands of unwitting people are systematically exposed to dangerous pathogens and other incurable diseases. Bio warfare scientists using diplomatic cover test man-made viruses at Pentagon bio laboratories in 25 countries across the world. These US bio-laboratories are funded by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) under a $ 2.1 billion military program– Cooperative Biological Engagement Program (CBEP), and are located in former Soviet Union countries such as Georgia and Ukraine, the Middle East, South East Asia and Africa.

Georgia as a testing ground

The Lugar Center is the Pentagon bio laboratory in Georgia. It is located just 17 km from the US Vaziani military airbase in the capital Tbilisi. Tasked with the military program are biologists from the US Army Medical Research Unit-Georgia (USAMRU-G) along with private contractors. The Bio-safety Level 3 Laboratory is accessible only to US citizens with security clearance. They are accorded diplomatic immunity under the 2002 US-Georgia Agreement on defense cooperation.

Information obtained from the US federal contracts registry clarifies some of the military activities at The Lugar Center – among them research on bio-agents (anthrax, tularemia) and viral diseases (e.g. Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever), and the collection of biological samples for future experiments.

Pentagon contractors produce bio agents under diplomatic cover

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has outsourced much of the work under the military program to private companies, which are not held accountable to Congress, and which can operate more freely and move around the rule of law. US civilian personnel performing work at The Lugar Center have also been given diplomatic immunity, although they are not diplomats. Hence, private companies can perform work, under diplomatic cover, for the US government without being under the direct control of the host state – in this case the Republic of Georgia. This practice is often used by the CIA to provide cover for its agents. Three private American companies work at the US bio-laboratory in Tbilisi – CH2M Hill, Battelle and Metabiota. In addition to the Pentagon, these private contractors perform research for the CIA and various other government agencies.

CH2M Hill has been awarded $341.5 million DTRA contracts under the Pentagon’s program for bio-laboratories in Georgia, Uganda, Tanzania, Iraq, Afghanistan, South East Asia. Half of this sum ($161.1 million), being allocated to The Lugar Center, under the Georgian contract. According to CH2M Hill, the US Company has secured biological agents and employed former bio warfare scientists at The Lugar Center. These are scientists who are working for another American company involved in the military program in Georgia – Battelle Memorial Institute.

Battelle as a $59 million subcontractor at Lugar Center has extensive experience in research on bio-agents, as the company has already worked on the US Bio-weapons Program under 11 previous contracts with the US Army (1952-1966).

Dr. John Campbell has been red-pilled

March 14, 2022

This is an important post. This may be one of the most important posts I’ve made so far.

It shows that the tide is turning our way: a former advocate of the vaccine, trusted by millions of people, has now realized he’s been deceived and he’s not happy about it at all.

Back in early May 2021, I realized that the anecdotal reports of adverse events that I heard from my friends weren’t consistent with the government claims of a “safe and effective vaccine.”

In order to resolve the conflicting data, I dug into the VAERS system and it was instantly clear to me that the government was lying; there was no doubt. There was no other explanation that could have caused the enormous numbers of events in VAERS.

When I reached out to over a dozen academic experts to explain what I saw, they all refused to look at the data and told me never to contact them again. They would not explain to me how I got it wrong.

I have to admit, I didn’t find this very convincing. If you are trying to persuade someone to change their mind, telling them they are wrong and never to speak to you again just doesn’t work for me. This is apparently how it works in science nowadays.

I confirmed the VAERS data with individual reports from physicians who also had never seen as many (and as varied) a list of adverse events from any previous vaccine.

And then, on May 26, I was on a CCCA call where Dr. Byram Bridle presented, for the very first time in a public forum, the Pfizer COVID vaccine biodistribution data he obtained from the Japanese government.

At the time, it was instantly clear to me that we now had the key missing piece: a plausible mechanism of action that could explain the huge number and huge variety of adverse event reports. A plausible mechanism of action is a key criteria needed to establish causality using the Bradford-Hill criteria.

Right after I got off the CCCA call, I warned some friends who were over at our house at that time that the vaccines weren’t as safe as the government was saying and we shouldn’t trust their assurances. I said they are lying to us.

I later learned that when I left the room, all of them asked my wife, “Is Steve OK?” They were all certain that I had completely lost it mentally and needed professional help.

I quickly incorporated the biodistribution data into the 285-page TrialSiteNews article I had published the day before entitled “Should you get vaccinated?” which went into great detail what I had learned.

Yesterday, on March 9, 2022, Dr. John Campbell published a video entitled “The Pfizer documents” where he steps through just one of the 150 released Pfizer documents in detail: the ADVERSE EVENTS OF SPECIAL INTEREST (AESI) document (aka the “5.3.6 document”).

One of the most disturbing findings was that the number of doses shipped was redacted from the safety document. The (b) (4) designation in the video snip below is a FOIA redaction code that means “Trade secrets and commercial or financial information obtained from a person and privileged or confidential.”). Wow. The number of doses shipped is a secret?! Dr. Campbell was justifiable upset by this redaction, as he should be.

But even if we knew the number shipped, we still wouldn’t know the number of doses actually administered which we’d need to calculate the safety profile of the drug.
