Zelensky: You need to do more to stop Russia, to protect Ukraine, and by doing that, to protect Europe from Russian threat.
Zelensky just received a gushing, three minute standing ovation, from Canadian Parliament.
Zelensky to UK Parliament: We hear a lot of conversations about the third world war. That allegedly it could start if NATO will close the Ukrainian sky for Russian missiles and planes, therefore the humanitarian no-fly zone was not established. That allows the Russian army to bombard peaceful cities and blow up housing blocks and hospitals.
Secret Service was in the briefing room a few minutes ago. He was looking around, then talking with a Capitol Police officer who was smiling/laughing, so it's probably nothing, but I've never noticed the Secret Service in there before.
Psaki: There will be severe and immediate consequences if Congress fails to provide us with $22.5 billion in emergency funding to fight COVID-19.
Psaki: One of the reasons they are able to hold back, and push back against the Russian military, is because of the significant amount of military assistance we have provided.
