Had a neighbor who had ongoing problems until the last time I saw him. On the lawn with 4 to 6 sheriffs around him and all restrained. A room mate told me later he was schizophrenic and bi polar and he got locked away. The neighborhood is quieter now. I am so sorry people have these mental conditions. They do NOT need to be endured/suffered by normal people however.
