Negative.

When did Q say aliens were real?

He asked how far is the nearest star.

If your answer is our sun that could mean aliens inhabit our solar system's planets or it could mean the earth is all there is if you're honest with yourself. I'll be honest and admit it could mean aliens are here on earth already only it begs the question why ask about the nearest star as an answer to the question.

Again being honest with you I will admit it might just be a method used by Q to clandestinely drop intel but that makes less sense than this next theory:

The reference to the nearest star in common usage means the star other than the sun even though we all know it's a star we don't call it that we say the 'Sun'

Alphs Proxima is the closest star to us at 4 light years.

At that distance not counting the energy requirement, the 10,000 year travel time, the impossible size of the payload not counting any of that but only counting the acceleration time to reach just 5% of the speed of light is 1,000 years.

Anything faster and the g forces will kill the craft's occupants.

The truth is we haven't been and we never will be visited by aliens from another planet.

We're alone on spaceship earth floating around the sun.

There is no alien expeditionary force on their way to help us.
