46 yrs working in ICUs, ERs - Have a question about this pic. Although the LA (Left Arm EKG Lead) is placed properly, I have never seen this type of lead before and I do not recognize the round electrode brand nor can I find either that match with on line search. Also bedside cardiac monitoring is done either with 3 leads or 5 leads - you will notice that there are 6 leads going into an opening in his lower gown ???

The V lead is usually placed at the 2nd intercostal space on the right side of the sternum or the left side if you want to look at atrial activity of the heart more closely, I do not see any part of the V lead or V lead electrode ( of course someone may have placed it lower).

(Standard EKG tests use 10 leads, V1 thru V6 - pic related).

(5 lead colors - most the time the RA lead is white not yellow - pic related).

This is also a very young looking chest for someone who says on their twitter bio that they were born Nov 4 1954.

I do not know much about NSA roles, but how likely would someone who writes code for the NSA be assigned to an undercover op and end up being shot?

I believe he is a charming entertaining LARP as well or maybe a test for us to see how easily we can be lead astray?
