I miss this place.
Man, that looks good. Breakfast of champions, right there.
I think we're at that point in human history now. Once we get on the other side of this craziness, this is where we're headed.
You might be a sapiosexual.
One of these days, you'll become an optimist if I have to drag you there, kicking and keking all by myself.
>Seeing, caring for, and nurturing good nature in others is "ego supporting embellishment".
Well, that's where we disagree. Now how to bridge that gap? I do agree with being a realist, though we might also have slightly different takes on that. Understanding everyone's riding in their own subjective experience to objective Truth isn't the problem; that's just being human. What causes most people to be pessimistic is realizing it and the amount of energy it would take to help others along their ride to get to a place where they can help their own selves. Everyone has that potential. Look at it another way, at least this guy didn't give up on everyone; otherwise, we'd be fooked.
Point out where assumptions were made, and I'll pour you another cup of coffee for the ride home, later.
:-P

Because I believe you to be astute enough to not have to dumb it down. Let me know if that's being too assumptive. Also, understanding perspective is what it's all about.
He was reminding everyone that we have a yearly cold/flu season. COVID was nothing more than that. MSM took it to the extreme and led the country into a 2 year lock down. COVID = real, sure. The coverage was the hoax.
Sometimes you can't tell people, you have to show them.
