Any Anons hear the rumor that the Russians were filling mylar balloons with helium and biological agents and letting them loose from submarines just off the coast? My boyfriend said they found one stuck in the chain link fence over by the Krogers. The cops came and everything.
I know. Remember the DC Beltway sniper? Rumor "got out" that they were in a white van, so all anyone saw was white vans. Turns out, they are everywhere. Now go out and look for a mylar balloon stuck somewhere…I'll wait (but probably not for long).
