All the more interesting in that this was given about a week before the Russians kicked off their invasion of Russia. Where at this point in the third week, it appears Russia is firing its bolt. AND showing their military is weak. This will change all sorts of calculus going forward about resource warfare in Asia. China already eyes Siberian resources. When Russia is finished in Ukraine - in several meanings of 'finished' - China will be sorely tempted by those Siberian resources.
