This is the way I understand it.

First Q posts.

Then Trump tweets. (usually shortly after Q post)

Take the timestamp of Trump's tweet (the minutes) - the timestamp of Q's post (the minutes) = Time Difference (Marker)

Usually the markers are 4, 10, 20.
