Washington state governor Jay Inslee modifying police reform bill ahead of midterms.

It's ridiculous to me how these politicians sign shitty legislation, just so they can give the sheep the appearance that they have their best interests in mind. Inslee needs to do his part in minimizing his carbon footprint in Washington by getting the fuck out of here.

The measure, House Bill 2037, makes clear police can use force to stop people from fleeing temporary investigative detentions, known as Terry stops.
