Poking around on Crimea 1/2 (repost from yesterday as images were not loading)

I was looking for information around the vote taken in Crimea that made them part of the Russian Federation. It turns out that the 'west' and all of the 'global' interests declared the vote as 'illegal' while the 'east' was very accepting of the result.

I found a question on Quora on this topic and the responses were enlightening so say the least. These responses are more than 4 years old, so they have no reference or bias to the current Ukraine situation and I found them interesting.

Different kind of coding anon. I believe that they are referring to 'medical coding' which is where they enter codes into a computer system for record keeping and insurance billing. Stats sent to CDC from hospitals would come from the same system.
