Their evilness can be adduced from examination of their actions.
Putin is NOWHERE near as bad as them.
But I do think that a careful examination of his actual history will lead a reasonable person to conclude that he is NOT on the side of good, regardless of whether he is fighting Klaus Schwabb and other evil degenerates.
