Anons this is dasting af and needs digging. Many here think RRN is fake noose but the fact remains that SOMETHING went wrong with the nationwide EBS test that was supposed to take place on 11AUG21. The date on the RRN article is likely way off even if the story has truth to it.
MSM ran headlines saying that many didn't get the EBS alert because they didn't "opt-in"… logically what would be the point of that, either they have a way to send alerts to every device or they don't. Anon ran across other hints around that time from insiders/influencers saying that TPTB had disobeyed the order to send the EBS test but can't find that sauce now.
