@780thC @fedscoop CYBERCOM should stick to excelling at its core function: cyber operations. For years its leaders have been distracted with empire building including becoming IO command. SOCOM is best suited to lead IO and support other command’s operations regardless of domain.

 

@EzraACohen @fedscoop If I may respond to your position with a question. Army CNMF teams and TFs, among other disciplines, have cyber, linguists and analysts. When they identify actionable intelligence should the team leads wait? The teams (CMT/CST, NMT/NST) are aligned and know command priorities.

 

@EzraACohen @fedscoop BL: The teams don't act without authorization – they advise. Commanders are ultimately responsible. If the teams are aligned, it makes sense to have all the disciplines involved in the MDMP proces
