@780thC @fedscoop CYBERCOM should stick to excelling at its core function: cyber operations. For years its leaders have been distracted with empire building including becoming IO command. SOCOM is best suited to lead IO and support other command’s operations regardless of domain.

When they identify actionable intelligence should the team leads wait? The teams (CMT/CST, NMT/NST) are aligned and know command priorities.
