I think there should be like a 24 hour reporting period. And if you don't report that shit, you suspect AF. I mean, what is grandma supposed to do when she finds that shit on Facebook and shit? Report to FB? They don't give a fuck. There should be some kind of reporting hub, where people could send shit like that, in a certain time-frame… or maybe there already is. Otherwise, I don't see how you could report it, without being in possession.
