Exactly. So you're basically allowed, as a very sick person, to take a new untested drug that may or may not work. Great. It's like a clinical trial, without the trial. As a caregiver wanting my parent to be comfortable in her last days I would not have done it then and I wouldn't do it now. Still places all the emphasis on pharma, which is a big lie.
