Comparison of three night images of Millibank Tower window light patterns during Winter 2013/2014. That time interval is based on version of the shrouded scaffolding behind the Clock Tower during rooftop repairs that year.

The sister pics got their names from the instance in which LP and PS discussed the involvement of sister agencies in spygate goings on. One pic was found while anons seArched for views of the THAMES that included the facade of a building that shone pink or purple; this pic was nicknamed Purpe, but also sometimes Pink depending on the camera settings and other factors within the frames. And the other pic was found while searching for night time views of the shrouded scaffolding behind Big Ben during the rootftop repairs that year, winter 2013/2014. It was shot with higher exposure and more ambient lighting; and so it was nicknamed Bright. These pics, with LISAMI6, so closely resemble each other's main features that they might as well be sisters.

Other Anons have used different naming schemes. All is good. The vid that is dropped here uses Bright and Purple. Kek.

Should have clarified that the short vid is part of a larger series of ruff vids that illustrate features and markers of the Q pics. This one is all about the pattern of lights from within the windows of Millibank Tower, which stands over the shoulder of Westminster in LISAMI6 and other EMB pics that Q dropped as London Pics.

Because of the strong LISA pic matches for open source (Getty) Christmas pics, and the year being diff or not stated on the Alamy pic, have only relied in that pic as proof of Christmas parties. Am thinking they could remove the ad banner once fully booked for the Christmas holiday season as it’s served its purpose and open up the aft railings for unobstructed view. Whereas on the other hand, if the sign had said ‘Happy Christmas’ or ‘Happy Holidays’ then it’s more of a decoration to be kept all thru the season. That’s just a theory on why such an ad banner might not be present on the TATTS railings at Christmas.

Examine night views of the streets at Corinthia Hotel, the scene of Q's London pics CH1, CH2, CH3, and ROT1. Sauce was ecorded ca 2013.

Provides Q match on landmarks with exception of the 2nd row of Boris Bike Hire docking stations along the kerb of Northumberland Avenue. This dates the sauce video as pre-Q. BUT OTHER FEATURES support the dating of Q's pics at EMBANKMENT to be winter 2013/2014. Prolly within time interval of mid-NOV 2013 to early JAN 2014.

Q drew attention to that winter as well as to that location and the 6 individuals on the crosswalk at the junction of Northumberland and Victoria Embankment. Related to origins of Spygate which was earlier than 2015/2016.

For seasonal reference, view of the treecover and river from the perch of the top floor balcony of The Corinthia Hotel. This time lapse was created from the hotel's own camera. The images were drawn from OCT 2019 TO MAY 2020. There may be other images to be dug from this vantage point. The view looks toward the junction that was featured in Q's London Pics of the Embankment area, including the crosswalk and The Eye.

LISAMI6 ENH UPSCALED ZOOM TO SHROUD near BIG BEN.

The 'shroud' is a tarped scaffold that was erected behind Big Ben during rooftop repairs in winter of 2013/2014. Other repairs had been done previously and more afterward, however, the form and height of THIS shrouded scaffold, especially notable in night darkness, distinguished the London pics of the EMBANKMENT that Q dropped. This feature unites all four of Q's pics of the scene.

And it dates the pictures back to winter of 2013/2014.

LisaMI6 compared with Q pics of the same area. These four pics were taken around the same time, of course, and so the markers that unite these pics help to date the scene to which Q drew our attention.

This vid compares the four pics with emphasis on the scaffolding on the rooftop of Westminster and with emphasis on the foilage re the trees along Victoria Embankment. The latter places the scene in the brief winter months of London; the former places the scene in the winter of 2013/2014.

Other features are enhanced also. For instance, the pattern of window lights on the tower in the distant background, Millibank Tower, supports plausible analaysis that these pics were taken in close proximity to Christmas Week of that year.

Details of Q's London pic that featured the Winter Wonderland theme park scene in the Plaza in front of the rollercoaster ride, Wilde Maus, and which suggested attention placed on two individuals taking a selfie.

These details date the pic. There are larger features that do the same, but these details point to yet more clues to dig. With these additional clues, the location of the Q camera an be established as between two wooden towers that were in the plaza, at the same time as the other markers, during winter 2013/2014 and only during that winter.

In yellow, items a & b are parts of the wooden tower which is housed a snack stand; it was one of two towers that appeared in that position in the Plaza during just that one season of 2013/2014.

Also in yellow, item c is the steeply sloped roof of Apres Bar which was in that position next to the coaster ride at the Plaza for just that one season, winter 2013/2014.

In white, items 1 to 4 are heads that appeared in the foreground of the camera frame; these individuals appeared to be passing through the passageway between the two wooden towers. Helped confirm the presence and location of the towers and, thus, the position of the camera. See previous vid posted which showed a bird's eye view of the Plaza - the towers and the direction tree and the carousel vis-a-vis the coaster ride and the big wheel.

In red, item X is an unknown object or lightbeam or veil of plastic or somesuch. It stands out as a sharp-edged vertical object that almost seems out of place. Could have been a type of glared reflection that had fallen onto the camera lense itself. Compare with the original. Suggestions, frens? Might be nothing.

Of these details, items in yellow helped to date the Q pics as having been taken in 2013/2014 only. Could not have included those details and have been taken earlier or later. These details confirm the dating that was based on larger features such as the Big Observation Wheel's location BEHIND the coaster ride and the Double Decker Carousel which was positioned to the FRONT of the coaster ride. No other season has had these features arranged in that sequence. Only 2013/2014 provided a Q match.
