5) Have a regional product manufacturing base (up to homes / cars down to silverware / plates, lawn equipment, pharmaceuticals, local trade schools, job training.
It is possible to shut down multi national corporate raiders and return to a local based, certified valued asset (precious metals and manufacturing) market place in local towns and cities.
That's the light they fear coming on, when We the People, cut them out of our economic model, which is easily doable with communities / regions working together on commerce models controlled by cities / counties and states rather than Fed operating cut of the pie, which is laundered back to the multi national conglomerates. We have the recipe to beat these bastards and the recipe first calls to drive the Targets, Walmarts and Krogers out of the cities and out of existence. It is possible to go back to a local / regional based economic model that keeps the regional assets (human / wealth) in the regions.
