‘PFN/TRAC System FAA Upgrades For Accountable Remote and Robotics Control To Stop The Unauthorized Use of Aircraft and to Improve Equipment Management and Public Safety in Transportation‘.

 

The global surveillance grid includes embedded chips in planes, devices, equipment and people to remotely send signals and controls every element of ‘The Internet of Things’ network. The QRS-11 quartz rate sensor (the diameter of a quarter) as shown above, is also embedded in most aircraft autopilots. The intelligence version of the sensor can be turned off remotely and ‘bring down any plane‘.

 

In the late 1980’s and early 1990’s, Hillary Clinton’s Rose Law Firm in Little Rock, Arkansas, handled the QRS-11 patent family. Her mentor, managing partner J.Joseph Giroiri, was on the Board of the Assignee of the patents (BEI Technologies, Inc.). Clinton wasn’t a patent lawyer, however. She was an intellectual ‘property’ lawyer at the Rose Law firm which is the third oldest law firm in the country.

 

The QRS-11 Gyro Chip sensor is used on commercial aircraft to rotate the antenna to receive signals from satellites for the in-flight entertainment system, radar tracking and flight controls. If the aircraft is equipped with an uninterruptible autopilot, signals can be received from a satellite to remotely fly the aircraft. The sensor provides stabilization, flight control, and guidance. It is also used in missiles, 'Unmanned Aerial Vehicles' (UAV) and other military as well as space and industrial applications. Because of the sensitive nature of its military applications, the export of the technology is regulated.

 

While the patent focuses on aircraft, it is written so broadly as to encompass all kinds of equipment and devices, including people, defined as ‘wet-ware‘. In this ‘world view‘, a human is merely a ‘silicon chip’ surrounded by a membrane of carbon and water.

 

These psychopaths are planning to take over the World. This requires hardware, software, and ‘wet-ware’ (people). While the patent was issued on Nov. 15, 2005, it incorporates filings going all the way back to Dec. 2, 1996. Did Walker really invent all these patents?

Abstract

This invention, a Protected Primary Focal Node PFN is a Trusted Remote Activity Controller TRAC and mobile communication router platform that provides accountable remote and robotics control to transportation vehicles by interfacing with the vehicles E/E systems. It connects each vehicle either on the earth's surface or near the earth's surface with application specific intranets for air, sea and land travel, via either host commercial servers or agency providers through wireless communication gateways and then further interfaces these vehicles in a larger machine messaging matrix via wireless and IP protocols to further coordinate movement assess and manage equipment use and impact on the world resources, societies infrastructure and the environment. This filing focuses directly on PFN/TRAC System use to augment and upgrade public safety and security in the Airline Industry and restrict any unauthorized use of an aircraft. Additionally, this application and related filings teaches the PFN/TRAC System.TM. use for all vehicle platforms to increase safety and security in a free society like the United State of America. The other related filings instruct in the technology's use for robust and accountable remote control for personal applications, stationary equipment and standalone functions, and coordinates them and interfaces them within the communication matrix. The TRAC controller also performs translation and repeating functions across a wide variety of communication protocols to complete a more mobile flexible matrix or web. This connected communication matrix of computers and humans provides an enhanced Human Machine Interfacing HMI scenario both locally and systemically in real-time for improve equipment management and world stability.

Due to the recent terrorist events both in New York and Washington, D.C., it has become imperative to step up the development of protected remote control and robotics in aircraft and commercial air travel systems. The PFN/TRAC System is an ideal technical choice for this scenario as it was created to stop and control the unauthorized use or unsafe use of vehicles and equipment via accountable remote control. Additionally, the technology incorporates existing technology as it exists in a present distributed architecture and coordinates and manages the essential function to stop and control an unwanted event and improve public safety. This requires hardware, software and wet-ware (people) –the procedures and protocols). The PFN TRAC system is a technology well grounded in a Science, Technology and Societal approach or STS approach to be effective and commercially acceptable for aircraft and air travel.

First: These patents to remotely control vehicles started being filed within two months of the passage of the Economic Espionage Act of 1996 (EEA) during Bill Clinton’s first term. The EEA was written by law professor James P. Chandler, III. Robert Mueller, James Comey, Rod Rosenstein, Loretta Lynch, Eric Holder, and Larry Summers were strategically positioned at the top of the Justice Department and Treasury at the time. The current patentee, Richard C. Walker, could have patented a ham sandwich had this group wanted it. The evident intent of the ‘Walker’ patent was to illustrate the technology planned for control of everything - ‘The Internet of Things‘.

 

Second: Their Justification - The benevolent control of vehicles and aircraft in hijack situations was merely the ‘cover story ‘ for the development of a global surveillance grid on everyone and everything. Given the timing of the Walker filings (around 9/11), one is increasingly skeptical about who really caused 9/11.

 

Third: Robert S. Mueller’s law firm, Wilmer Hale LLP, formerly Hale & Dorr LLP, drove Walker's filings. Mueller was sworn in as FBI Director just seven days before 9/11. This clearly implicates Wilmer Hale in the treachery.
