Is what we’re on r n considered social media? Genuinely curious.
Drink lots of water, lemon juice too. G l anon. Mine had to be blasted out. They hurt.
Ah.. so you’re saying social media (your definition) means making an account.. giving up some sort of personal information in exchange for a username or handle. I guess that makes sense.
o7!
You know it, doppelgänger!
>running barefoot drastically decreases the pain.
Stepping barefoot on small pebbles def would take your mind off your kidneys! Kek. In all seriousness, I eat like a healthy monk and exercise.. never sick, and I still got them. Sometimes they’re just hereditary and while you can do things to avoid getting them, sometimes you just get them regardless.
Regarding lemons, bottled lemon juice works too if your hands get sore. With fresh, save the peels and you can make a sort of tea too.. use the entire fruit that way.
Mine got better after ivermectin pills.
Spouse calls me Eull Gibbons. Kek.
You sound exactly like me. Sounds like you’re doing everything right. I’m happy for you. I’m be praying for your healing from the inside out.
I’m happy I found a local raw milk source so now I can make yogurt using milk closer to home. Do you eat sauerkraut, kombucha or kimchee? Those are also full of gut goodies, if you can tolerate them. I found a local grain source, so I can sprout, dry and grind the berries and forage local around our land. My latest endeavor is herbalism and teas. It’s amazing how much we have growing around all of us.. you just need the key of knowledge to unlock the secrets of healing yourself.
There’s other things out there you can try too:
Garlic, black walnut extract, wormwood, pumpkin. Make sure you do thorough research on these, preferably books, old and new, many different sources as sometimes authors plagarize and bad info gets copied and passed on as good info.
Vinegar probably means your body is a little too alkaline that week.. Needs vinegar to reach homeostasis.
