I suggest perhaps, that rather than a 2nd agent being present that specifically causes deaths 6 months later, what you could be seeing is that these are the people who had 2 doses of the poison.
I believe VAERS does not specify whether victims had 2 doses, it may just state the date of the first vaccine they had.
So this could still be related to a second shot, but VAERS is reporting the 1st shot.
Regarding the outlier states which clearly received more poison:
KY clearly more than any, then MN, MI, TN & GA
It may be that the increased poison was simply a less watered-down shot.
They played with the watering down of the vaxxes a lot. They watered it down for kids so it didn't kill too many too quickly. Maybe they did the same for states.
