She is the 'whistleblower' Dr. with some insider info on the WHO and a group called GAVI. Seen her on an interview with Del Bigtree, which now I can't find.

We need to dig on this GAVI, Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunisation. I'll skip right to the disturbing part, they are a SUPRA-national organization based in Geneva, with apparently total diplomatic immunity. They serve as a think-tank to the WHO, and according to Dr. Stuckelberger, GAVI is basically directing Tedros what to do. GAVI membership is a revolving who's-who of top players, their members all have diplomatic immunity, and the GAVI offices are barred from police entry. Their computers cannot be siezed. She describes the WHO as basically being the implementation arm of GAVI, with a working plan to supercede national constitutions when the next health crisis emerges.

Was it the Swiss all along? WEF, BIS, WHO, now GAVI. That is what it is starting to look like.
