2018, Putin named some regiments after current NATO/military targets inside Ukraine

This article brings up some foggy questions.
Trump has been touting for the past month that he is responsible for the weapons build-up in Ukraine, and that Putin would and did not attempt to invade Ukraine while Trump was president.
Meanwhile, in 2018 Putin named some of his military regiments after current targets sending a clear message to NATO/US that Putin knew what was going on. (See article above)
Here's the foggy questions.
1) Did Putin delay attack in 2018 because there was a verbal secret agreement between Trump/Putin to not use the Russian military against these and other sites until after Trump was out of office to provide Trump cover in the form of "I was tough on Putin, Biden weak", "peace thru strength", etc.?
2) Was naming the regiments after the targets the only way Putin could send secret comms to Trump on which areas would be targeted post-Trump, so that Trump could tell which staff was withholding info from Trump?
3) Did Trump need to agree to let certain provocative events occur in Ukraine in order to be used as the reason by Putin for an invasion post-Trump so that the bio-labs, NATO presence, neo-Nazis, Azov, etc. be exposed during Russia's invasion? Putin warned for years Ukraine is the red line. Don't bring NATO in, no military build-up etc.
4) Trump contradiction. Wanted peace, wanted good relationship with Russia restored. But instead, sends military equipment to Russia - which provoked the current situation in part. Obama sent blankets, body armor, etc. but not weapons (2014), citing not wanting to provoke a proxy war.
5) Did Obama want to keep peace in Ukraine (i.e. not provoke a proxy war) in order to hide/protect the bio-labs and the offensive hacking sites in Ukraine?
6) Did Trump/Putin want/agree to provoke a proxy war to expose the bio-labs/offensive hacking sites/etc post-Trump?
7) July 26, 2018 - Putin passes soccer ball to Trump AFTER the closed door private meeting that freaked out the deep state and MSM.
8) Did Putin hand Trump the evidence during the closed door private meeting, possibly on a microdot type chip on/in the soccer ball?
IS THIS A COINCIDENCE?
